The Cannabis Licensing Authority (CLA) is exploring the establishment of a transitional permit to make it easier for small farmers to enter the medicinal cannabis industry. Director of Enforcement and Monitoring at the CLA, Faith Graham says the initiatives will provide small farmers a cost effective way to enter the sector while they work towards gaining their cultivator license from the authority.
