Any current licence holder whose cannabis licence is approaching its expiration date must apply for renewal using Form 1A and Form 1B, in accordance with Regulation 8(1)(a) of the Dangerous Drugs (Cannabis Licensing) (Interim) Regulations, 2016.

If Existing Lease is Still Valid:
- Proof of property tax payment
If Lease Has Expired or Property Changed:
- Form 3 – Property Owner Consent Form
- Proof of up-to-date property tax payment

Due diligence checks are required every three (3) years for:
