Comprises land of area more than 20,235 square metres the boundaries of which are secured by chain-linked fencing (or fencing of comparably equivalent security) of a height of at least 2.5 metres.
Processing Licence
Tier I
A Tier I processing license will be granted for the processing of ganja on premises with a total area not exceeding 200 square meters.
Tier 2
A Tier 2 processing licence will be granted for the processing of ganja on premises with a total area exceeding 200 square meters.
Retail Licence
Herb House
Authorized to sell ganja products in specified quantities for medical, scientific, and therapeutic purposes, with designated space for on-site consumption by consumers.
Herb House (Without Facilities for Consumption)
Authorized to sell ganja products for medical, scientific, and therapeutic purposes without providing a designated space for on-site consumption.
Therapeutic Services
Authorized to offer therapeutic or spa services incorporating the use of ganja products.
Research and Development Licence
Experimental Purposes
Undertakes all activities involved in the assessment, study, research, development and testing of products derived from all or any part of the cannabis plant, including the analytical services for own use.
Analytical Services
Provide commercial services exclusively for the determination of any or all of the constituents, characteristics, quality or safety parameters of cannabis or cannabis products by accepted and/or accredited methods.
Transport Licence
General
A licensed vehicle used for the transportation of ganja to or from any cultivation site or any premises on which a licensee is permitted to process, sell, or carry out any research or development on ganja or provide therapeutic services using ganja.
