Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Secretary 1 provides administrative/ secretarial services to the executive office.

GMG/SEG 1

To execute administrative duties and provides functional support to the CEO by effectively managing schedules and performing secretarial and administrative duties.

FMG/PA 3

Under the direct supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, the Director, Finance and Accounting is required to plan, organize and direct the operations of the Finance and Accounting Unit and manage the preparation and presentation of the CLA’s budget, supplementary estimates, cash flows, costing and operational plan to ensure the optimum utilization of the Authority’s financials.

GMG/SEG 1

Under the direct supervision of the Director, Corporate Planning and Performance Analysis, the Data Analysis/Corporate Planner will co-ordinate the corporate planning process of the Authority to ensure consistency with the Authority’s strategic objectives and monitor the implementation of the corporate plan.  The incumbent will assist in the preparation of performance reports and lead in the assessment of key performance indicators established for the organization.

SOG/ST 7

Under the supervision of the Agricultural Specialization Supervisor, the incumbent will assist with the design and execution of appropriate measures to ensure compliance as well as provide strong support for other initiatives/programmes critical to the growth and development of the Industry i.e. adoption and implementation of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), Good Manufacturing Practices etc.  

GMG/AM 2

To provide secretarial and administrative functions that supports the Director Human Resource Management and Development and that enhances the work processes and operations of the office.
